This 21-day period of self-healing and integration is at the core of your personal development journey. You will receive meditation track that may be used when performing your Ashati self-healings at home, in order to guide you through the different steps. It is only intended to be used for your first self-healings, providing you with the basic instructions and some additional guidance. Later on, you will be able to trust your own knowledge and inner-guidance in order to adjust the technique and duration of your healings. This track is optional and can be replaced with relaxing / meditation music. If you cannot participate on the booked workshop, please let know to the teacher 48 hours before the workshop. You will be provided with online materials for self-study and your activation will be re-scheduled at another time on your convenience over distance.
